Our Projects

HOBSONVILLE

private developer

This was a commercial building for a private developer who has rented out each building to mixed tenancies. Our team was involved in this project from the early stages undertaking site clearing and bulk earthworks. We then prepared the foundations for the floor slab contractor and concurrently we continued construction of the driveway and carpark

Gaining trust is extremely important in any facet of life, we are extremely proud to say that our client trusted us fully as we undertook this entire project on a ‘charge up’ basis over 12 months.

ST ANDREWS CHURCH HALL

HERITAGE BUILDING

This was a rather unfortunate situation for one of the oldest heritage buildings in New Lynn. Although this was a category B listed heritage building, its deterioration over the years meant it was at risk of collapse and likely to cause injury or death. All avenues were considered to save the church, but unfortunately the only option that was safe for both contractors and members of the public was full demolition.

We were contracted for this demolition, including taking precautions for any potential asbestos material, and carefully took the building down in stages. Of some respite was the fact that some of the 80 year old hand laid bricks and windows were salvaged.
