What we collect

When you submit an enquiry through this website we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the site or property address, and the details of your project - which may include project type, stage and timeline, along with any photos of the site you choose to attach.

We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used, such as pages visited and general location, through Google Analytics.

How we use it

We use your enquiry details solely to respond to you, prepare a quote, and deliver work you engage us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is stored in our lead database and emailed to our team so nothing gets missed. We use the following service providers to do this:

• Burgs Digital - builds and operates this website and the system that receives and stores enquiries.
• Cloudflare - website hosting, security, and the database in which enquiries are stored.
• Resend - delivers enquiry notification and confirmation emails.
• Sanity - stores website content. It no longer holds a record of enquiries.
• Google Analytics - website usage analytics.

These providers may store data outside New Zealand. We only share what is necessary for them to provide the service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email roy@precisionearthworks.co.nz and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
